In this course, Roger Speer draws on more than 20 years of experience as a youth minister to explore the theology of gaming. He has used online gaming, family game nights, and Tabletop Role-playing Game clubs to build and rebuild communities across the Episcopal Church. He encourages people to create brave spaces by fusing aspects of games like Dungeons and Dragons, Minecraft, and Pokemon or Lorcana with the gospel message.
